Stingley by a mile. Emery has about a 50% chance of getting a lot of carries next year. Remember he has to beat out a stud in Tyrion Davis. Stingley will start game one.
Joseph was a 5 star too and he will have something to say about that with a year of experience on Stingley. Regardless, they will be spelling each other on one side opposite Fulton.
I'll make a bet with you of who takes the first snap on defense at CB opposite Fulton vs. GA Southern offense....my money is on Joseph.
Stingley will take the first snap of the second series vs. GA Southern offense.
Are you up for a little bet?

Stingley will not sit the bench. Wake up man.
I never used the word "bench" in anything I posted...regarding Stingley.
You are one that needs to "wake up".
We rotated Joseph (a true freshman) in with Fulton all year...are you that oblivious as to "what the hell went on all year in 2018"? Even Patrick Peterson rotated with other CBs his freshman year. Rotating in is not riding the pine or sitting on the bench...
Do you watch the fricking games or do you just post stuff of this board?

As good as Joseph is, Stingley is an on entirely different level of talent and ability.
That being said, Emory might still have biggest impact simply due to the relative talent level at his position. The talent at CB won't change all that much between this season and next, but RB will go from like a B- to an A.

I'm up for a bet that Stingley is our starting CB, not Joseph, on our opening drive.
2 week ban bet (barring injury of course).
I don't even think Joseph stays at CB, he'll move to Safety next to Delpit IMO. But that's not the bet.

Stingley is not only the best corner talent we've had since Patrick, but he's most likely the best athlete on the team on Day 1. He could be a first round pick out of high school.
I don't think some people realize how elite this kid is. And he not only has the athletic ability and size, he's smart and a hard worker.
Just sit back and enjoy the ride.

Most people’s poison will be kicking it as far back as possbleZ
Kickoff are all but over.
We returned less than 1.5 a game

I can't disagree with most of what you said...all I will say is that Joseph and Stingley will be spelling each other at CB for depth purposes. I may be wrong about Stingley starting from day one, but history says otherwise...
If Stingley starts against GA Southern, he will be better than Patrick Peterson...that will have to be "proven" on the field...and that is a mighty hill to climb...too early to say IMO.

But hot damn it'll be nice to have a competent punt returner that is a threat every single time.
When we had Peterson, teams would shank it out of bounds just to avoid kicking to him. It was awesome

Ok, I'm game... two week self ban
And, you mean on GA Southern's opening drive, right?

Peterson wasn't an early enrollee. Stingley has already started practicing with the team pre-Spring.
Peterson had Mallveto as his two-headed DC his first year, not Dave Aranda.

Yep, Stingley starts at one of the two outside corner spots.
Bet is void if injuries play a role in the depth chart obviously.

Both are a huge need and both will have day 1 impacts.
Assuming Fulton comes back then Stingley will get a ton of balls thrown his way and the opportunity to make plays.
Emery will at the very least be splitting carries and has the chance to be a starter by the early half of the season.

He was by far our best punt returner recently outside the Arkansas and UGA games in 2011.

Emery will be extremely impactful and he's the RB we badly needed this year, but the answer is easily Stingley. Best overall prospect in the country at a position of need for us, and will start opposite Fulton and be the shut down CB the first play of 2019 til he leaves. And he also will be our main punt returner.

Stingley may significantly impact 2 phases of the game.

Stingley’a success relies more on just himself
Vs Emery who still needs an OL and an offense around him.

Stingley will never start his first year as a freshman at CB
Jalen Mills started as a freshman corner. Stingley look better than Mills did coming out of high school.

GTFOH yall act as if Brossette did not rush for 1000 yards in the SEC.

You won't find anyone rooting for him to be that good than me! I hope you are right! But, creating depth and keeping a 3rd guy rotating in, for injury purposes is a must. And, you still have to have nickel and dime guys.
Coaches prefer experience over inexperience...and that's why Vincent will not move to corner unless Stingley, Fulton, or Joseph is hurt.
