If you go with Talley use one size lower than what you think you can fit.
Example: Remington 700 with a 40 mm Leupold fits “Low” mounts.
With that 33 mm I think you’d fit the Ultra Low or xtra low. Whatever they call it.

Unfortunately the "lows" are as low as it gets in the two I listed.
