I'm down 27lbs in 11 weeks, just watching what I eat but not exercising much (my work schedule of rotating shifts between day shifts and night shifts in the same week and sitting for twelve hours a day makes me lazy). I want to lose at least 70 more. I've stalled for the last two weeks and have considered keto but the more I read about it the more confused I get. Is there a one-stop site I can refer to that simply lays out what I can and can't eat on keto?

Saw a book called "Keto After 50". Any recommendations?

Keto just means less that 30 or 50g of carbs a day depending on how hard you want to push it.

You can eat whatever you want besides that.

Dr. Berg and Thomas Delauer have some good videos for the basics.

Ruled me, I breathe I’m hungry, and ketogasm are all good for recipes.

Carb manager app is a must for me. Log several days of food in advance and just eat what you already logged.
