I think my two favorite from last night were when Tessitore kept saying "we have some great audio of Kuechly reading the offense" "you can hear how Kuechly has completely read the play" ...a few minutes later they finally show it and it is just Kuechly queuing the defense, like EVERY OTHER MLB does.

His excess emphasis and over the top schtik makes Joe Buck look melodramatic.

The other was on a deep pass that was broken up by Munnerlyn with his back to the ball, someone (I think Witten) says "his ability to break up that pass is a direct result of them playing zone coverage out there" and someone then corrected him, "actually they are playing man, but yes that is a great play"

Compare and contrast that to NBC's Sunday Night Football crew and the difference in quality and "listen-ability" is drastic.

Cueing?

That's the main thing that bugs me about Tess. Otherwise, he isn't bad but I don't need an announcer creating excess drama.

It was Booger who said that and Witten corrected him. I guess one can forgive a DT for not knowing the difference between zone and man.
