Who wins the east if the redskins win out (doubtful), eagles win out, and cowboys lose 1 of last 2? All would be 9-7

Taking a quick look it’d probably be Cowboys due to division record and sweeping the Eagles

Cowboys have to lose out, and either the Skins or Eagles have to win out.
Quite possible since one of the Eagles or Skins will definitely get one win (they play each other week 17), and the Cowboys offense is putrid no matter how much they try to hype Dak.
And if the Cowboys do lose out they have a good shot of missing the playoffs entirelyn which would be hilarious considering how hyped they've been recently.
