I’ve got that Steve Rinella book on my Christmas list. I have a few wild game cookbooks but they’re mostly pretty gimmicky, cream cheese poppers and gumbo stuff. That one looks legit.

Salmon, did you buy a hardcopy of the MeatEater cookbook? If so, where did you find it? Wanting to get my dad copy of it for Christmas but haven't been able to find a hardcopy anywhere online or in store that isn't back ordered.
