I'd love to see the math behind that. How many crossings a year does the current bridge have? How many will choose to pay the toll an go over that bridge? Will it connect to i-12 where much of the trucks driving through the state go?

Hell, I’ll get the thing financed if I can get paid back by tolls. It’s a win win for anyone - just calculate the anticipated tolls and structure the payback plus interest / it’s a no brainer

I cross that bridge a few Times each month heading to Lake Charles or Texas. I’d dladly pay a few bucks a month to avoid the I-10 bridge.

My question is where will it reconnect to 1-10
