You wouldn’t even have a clue to how much it cost a year to maintain 400 acres and a log cabin. $18/hour ain’t gonna cut it.
You can barley maintain 1200 square ft as it is.

They don't cut the entire thing at once and they absolutely maintain the roads.
In fact, they haven't cut anything in probably 5 years so they should be out there cutting soon

It's not all sitting together and it's not the same type of wood. It's seperate by a big creek and part is a pine thicket they plant and the other is hardwood. They generally cut three seperate areas.

I hunt out there, but they do 90%of the maintenance on the roads. I'll fill in a couple small washout before they get bigger, but that's about it.
