Tried tackling this today on my API. Problem 1. Ours didn't come with the lower straps and clips for quick disconnect. Problem 2. I mounted the straps high, so there's no way to use the load lifter feature.
I have temporarily solved #1 by using the load lifter straps downward and attached them to the bottom of the stand. Lower straps have been ordered. In this state, I give the system a review of, meh.
