Love my grilled Mexican street corn. Love deviled eggs. Seems perfect to me.

Man that looks good. it's overused but I like adding in small crumbled up pieces of bacon. It seems to add the right amount of salt and texture. I love doing deviled eggs though and i'll have to try this one too.

A good smoked bacon would be great.
Any time we put out plain old deviled eggs, they are always eaten regardless of the rest of the offerings. I read an article about that some years ago. It's a phenomenon.

Bumping this to see if anyone else has tried this. Sounds really good! Wish I had seen this before Easter.
