Work truck I back in as well as my motorcycle most times. If driving a car no reason to back up that I can think of

You either back in when you get there or back out when you leave but MUCH safer to back in when you get there cause you're already in the road and can see way better than when you're backing out.

work vehicles, we are required to back in because it is safer...I got in the habit and do it in my personal vehicles too now.

Drive through so you are facing a different direction and you do not have to back out later. At my age I try to simplify.
