Where is the Playlist now? On a computer? On your phone?
Both phones have access to a stable, high speed wifi network?
Drop box would be pretty simple.
Micro SD card can be a pain swapping out, depending on the phone.
If Playlist is on computer, hook the phone to be sent the Playlist up with a USB cord. The computer will recognize it as an external device with storage. Just drag and drop like you would move any other file on a computer file tree.
