Good for Les
But getting the HC gig at KU is like being assigned the CIA station in the Alaskan wilderness.
Sad that this was the best he could do.
But the checks will clear and any body can do time in Lawrence for that kind of money.

It's not too bad though. Kansas football has little to no expectations, it's pretty up there and he will get paid nicely at the back end of his career. Also, he will have Pooka, so he has a glimmer of hope there.

Taking the Kansas job proves that Les is not scared of a challenge. He has his work cut out for him and I hope he succeeds!
