Not attempting to get up? It was maybe a second after he hit the ground. How did the OL know he wasn't gonna get up? He's gonna pancake the guy so he doesn't pursue the QB.

Dude flopped onto him and STUCK. Winovich's neck and shoulder were wedged into the ground and the OL immediately stopped when he put his weight on him.
Nothing gave.

I dont know what the rule is but it seemed kind of cheap when I saw it.
