More process crimes?
Something needs to be done about this. The US code needs to be altered wherein lying to the FBI can only be an add on charge and not a primary charge.
It’s ridiculous.
Just like when Popadopoulos showed up in the US without the $10,000 that was the set up. He didn’t bring the money back and they panicked and used a process crime to save face.
It’s bullshite.
