If you have the right scheme and a thorough understanding of your personnel it doesn't take multiple years for it to yield results.

OP was being funny. Ya'll took him serious. Tigers probably could use Pete Carmichael though, but I suspect it would be tough to dumb down the Saints offense enough for a college team to pick up in an off season.
