We had a great oppurtunity

After Canada left, o had the opportunity to go after any offensive coordinator that existed. He hires the guy that doesn't want the job really. He blew it and wasted what could have been an incredible season instead of good. The head coach should do everything rite all the time. I know he exceeded expectations so far, but he also blew it with that hire.

Extending O before his contract is up is quite possibly the dumbest thing imaginable.

The CLM culture devolved into a “good enough” for LSU, lazy, short cut, laissez faire mindset. Orgeron has simply taken that to the next level.

I love CSE as he bleeds purple and gold and is dedicated to LSU, but I don't believe he is the answer at OC. Briles or Freeze, or some other highly innovative OC out there's badly needed.

It makes no sense to give a coach an extension if nobody is likely to go after him.
