Avenatti Hit With More Unpaid Debt. Owes Dillanos Coffee CEO $110,000 for unpaid bills

Avenatti is again facing accusations of unpaid debts, this time from the owner of the Washington state-based company Dillanos Coffee. Avenatti owes Dillanos $110,000 and has refused to pay up, according to Dillanos founder and CEO David Morris.
Avenatti has repeatedly denied owing Dillanos anything, but bank records and other related documents Dillanos’ attorney provided to The Daily Caller News Foundation appear to undermine what Avenatti previously said about the dispute.
Morris first said on May 9 that Avenatti owed him $160,000 for unpaid debts related to Avenatti’s ownership and management of Tully’s Coffee, a financially insecure Seattle coffee chain that shuttered all of its locations earlier this year.

CPL gonna regret he ever injected himself into the public spectrum.

With that much debt, he could run for governor of Georgia

CPL knows that even a huckster - race baiter like Rev. Al can make a great living shoveling his manure. CPL is banking on making the same great living peddling his hate of Trump

That’s a lot of fricking coffee.
Of course, as manic and wired as that guy acts, that’s probably just his bill for the week.

Article uses some pretty loose language.
Tully Coffee is obviously the debtor for the purchase of the coffee it would be selling. Do we know whether Avenatti gave a personal guarantee of this debt?
EDIT: Predictable downvotes for trying to ascertain actual facts.

With which particular facts do you take umbrage?

Small potatoes compared to the number of small-business suppliers Trump has stiffed.

Good lord hero hank. You are insufferable sometimes. Sometimes, even you, need to be taught a little something. Can you think of a scenario where avenatti would owe money to the supplier? This is basic business law stuff.
I think maybe in your zeal to be the educator of the board, you sometimes miss stuff.

Downvoted for the bitchy little edit whining about downvotes.

As I understand this business entity, Avenatti owned the bulk of the shares in the “parent” company, and the parent company purchased all the beans for sale/delivery to individual stores. I do not understand him to have been the equivalent of the guy who owns a single Chik-Fil-A. He was more like Truman Cathy (on a much smaller scale, obviously).
But you are reading too much into my post. Based upon my understanding, it does not seem likely that he is liable as the primary debtor.
So, I ask again “Did he execute a guaranty?”. I have searched and cannot find anything about this dispute other than Daily Caller “reporting.”
Or is it just POSSIBLE that a publication friendly to Trump wrote an article slanted against a Trump opponent?

there in lies issue. You want to discredit the article because you think trump is a meanie. The article is relating what the creditor is claiming. That was crystal clear.

In any case, multiple Google searches see this matter appearing in EXACTLY one publication ... one that fawns over Trump.
You are an attorney. Do you not find it odd to see someone claiming that a shareholder is liable on an obvious corporate debt?
Would an objective reporter not have made further inquiry on this point?
Do you not see the POSSIBILITY that this publication INTENTIONALLY did not pursue such inquiry, due to its sycophancy to Trump?
