The other thing you need to pay attention to is size. Go try a few on and see how they fit your wrist. Pay attention to the case diameter and lug to lug distance. There are plenty of watches I think look great but they're simply too big for my girlyman wrists.

Do you have any idea of the circumference of your wrist? It might sound silly, but if you have a smaller wrist you don't want to go and buy a watch that is huge and is going to look ridiculous on your wrist.

I would recommend Hamilton in your price range.

This is a pretty awesome watch in your price range. I used to own one very similar to it, until I gave it to my dad:
