Less than 10% of black Americans will vote for Trump in 2020, assuming he’s the candidate.

I wouldn't put a lot of money down on that assumption. Blacks will eventually leave the plantation. They did it once. They'll do it again.

I’ll make a bet on that.
I don't think it’s anywhere close to 40 because the Dems really would be finished but it’s trending up and I think he has plans for the next two years to go after that vote. It’s the Dems biggest vulnerability.
