Hmm...I decided to look at things if I took Ole Miss out for both teams as a common opponent. The total offense numbers change about the same for both teams, but changes in scoring offense and the defensive categories seem to favor LSU more than Bama with Ole Miss out (i.e. LSU's opponent's scoring defense goes down 10 points without Ole Miss compared to just over 2 points for Bama.) A negative change means that the number lowered indicating a "stronger" opponent and vice versa.



Edit to add....seems I'm talking to myself in here. Ha.

Edit 2: Updated numbers after finding mistakes, and added defensive passing numbers.
