They have overhangs specifically dedicated to bounce noise (and also rain). But I doubt its actually sustained like Tiger Stadium. I've been to big games in many big stadiums and the closest I've seen is the swamp in terms of shake your chest noise. But Tiger Stadium has an extra gear that no other stadium has and has more endurance. That comes from the people.

Im pretty sure it was the Seahawks, then that record was broken during a cheifs game. Could be wrong

I went to a game there last year with some buddies of mine, where we choose a college football game to attend together every year. I was surprised. Husky Stadium was pretty darn loud. Don't know what it is in terms of decibels, but it's definitely one of the loudest stadiums I've ever been to, including Tiger Stadium. They were playing USC in that game, by the way.
