If that's the case expect it to be forgotten here. There will be some whining about how "he's a dem plant" or "deep state" whatever, but give it another month and they will be back to the old "the right is never violent" mantra.
Remember, if it doesn't fit your worldview you can just plug your ears and deny it forever. Any proof just makes it easier, because then it can be shouted down as "staged" or "faked".
