That’s easily said, but Trump got hammered for separating children from adults even though it was the law passed under another administration.

Thanks for your comments. I see you graduated from Texas Law school about 29 years ago. Really appreciate comments from an expert. Your comments seem to be a very good summary of the legal issues about the pending invasion.

Well at least you are not incorrectly claiming the Geneva Convention requires it again, care to back this claim up?
We have zero obligation to even consider any asylum request from anyone south of the Rio Grand other than Mexicans, end of story.
We may chose to do so but there is nothing requiring it.
