Disagree. They're still uppity, just not as uppity as Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, etc. That whole area is 90% about being seen. Which is fine. I just prefer less congested, old school beach places.

Old Seagrove is great, as are the others I mentioned. Best, closest beaches there are...period. As far as being seen...yea, you dress the family up once or twice in the week and go out for lunch in Seaside/Alys/Rosemary. Otherwise, you go out and get fresh seafood to cook and you enjoy time with your family in the rental house.

Carillon Beach is what you are looking for. It's in between PCB and 30A.

we were 30-A fans but the crowds grew too much

now, its SGI.....love it
