Pick my new workout plan

I’m looking to get some strength gains or at a minimum maintain while losing body fat. I typically lift 5 days a week, but I’m open to any schedule. Would like to mix in some sprinting for cardio or another HIIT.

I think I’m a pretty good candidate for the greyskull stuff everyone here is high on, but I’m open. Lsu777 was extremely generous and shared his library with me so anything in there I have access to.

no never finished it, did a week or two but thats it. Will be one of my major focuses next year prolly. Have you?

I haven't. I keep going back an looking at it, but it seems so different from Wendler's usual stuff... let us know if you tackle it. I'm probably going to go back to GSLP in the next few weeks.

I know you like GSLP, but I can't get into it. What do you think of my personal little system?

I'm more of a Reverse pyramid the core lifts and then do a circuit/superset/metcon around the core lifts.

Such as Squat RP

Then lunges x 10 each leg
Leg curls x 12
Extension x 12
100 jump ropes or 15 box jumps

For 4 sets kind of thing. I do this for legs chest and back, and I do shoulders abs and some yoga on the forth day.

That way I get to lift heavy and then burn while doing cardio, because I hate typical gym cardio. Critiques?
