LSU Greeks: What's the update on your tailgating?

I know they are allowing y'all to set up anywhere that isn't the parade grounds but with written approval. Have y'all gotten actual approval to tailgate anywhere? Just curious since we haven't heard anything about that recently.

I just don’t understand why they don’t just tailgate like regular students. Find an open area, set up regular tents, enjoy. Why does it have to be so sort of official Greek thing? Be normal students for once.

I believe LSU classifies any group over 5 people (may be wrong on the number) who are all in the same fraternity a greek event. So they can't just all tailgate together like normal LSU students.

Does LSU have someone walking around with fraternity composites identifying them?

We can tailgate anywhere on campus as long as it’s not the parade grounds. Big tents are back along with couches.

Can't they just say "I'm not greek" when asked?
ETA: And I fully support banning greeks, and perhaps all students, from tailgating on the parade grounds. The classless little children can't find a garbage can, and when they do, they kick them over.
