At least a steel company or some other major manufacturer would have to build and train a lot in the state to even get off the ground.

Film and movies are transient business. I don’t really understand why we give them any more than nominal breaks to hire locals. It’s project-based and they will leave the second the credits dry up.

Dewster people don't understand, it's a terrible industry to try and bring to La. It's not stable and many of the movie investors come, make a movie, make a profit and leave the state to spend that money.
