I know this topic has been visited here dozens of times...and after having read about twenty posts and their replies I still have yet to find what I’m looking for.

I have awful sciatic nerve pain...I’m not looking for a Doctor or a PT....I can do exercises and stretches in my own home...I need a a chiro who understands the body and someone who can make manual adjustments.

I’m not big on sellout chiropractors (sorry Rathman) who will pick you up in a bus or advertise something to the effect of “you don’t pay a dime until......(we take a third of your settlement)”

I want a real person who has magic hands. Think the kind of chiro your dad would go to and tell everyone is a miracle worker. I know my gait is out and in need of adjustment...and probably has something to do with my sciatic nerve pain.

And if you came on here to give me your opinion that chiropractors are witch doctors.....please spare me/ us, no one cares, etc etc. I know what I’m looking for and I know some of you guys know what I’m talking about.

Any help guys??

I can fix you in five minutes with a crowbar and a metal garbage can. How do you feel about meeting strangers in an alleyway?

I can't recommend a Chaflpeotor, but I had the sciatic nerve pain before. The stretches I was doing ( lying on my back and pulling my knees to my chest) was making it worse. I started doing the opposite. I would lie on my stomach and push up with my elbows or arms (see the itermediate and advanced stretch below). Basically, I suggest trying the opposite of what you are currently doing. I also suggest walking and not sitting on your arse to much.

Yeah dude i am hip to these stretches. Thank you for the detailed graphics. Honestly these and a few other stretches used to help me a lot but now some of them are becoming more painful. I just wanna stop this shite in its tracks.

Pat Martello.... guy is in mid-50s and has arms like Popeye. You will think you’ve just gone three rounds with a WWE wrestler.

Works at Louisiana Medical Clinic on Jefferson.
