If there isn't a red wave in the midterms, the country is lost. Too many ignorant sheep that blindly drink the media and Democrat kool-aid.

I don't think we'll go quietly though. Bloodshed will eventually come if the left takes over again.

I am assuming "this" means Kavanaugh?

It's changed on the sense I have pretty much lost any tolerance to the views of those on the left, even if respectfully presented and reasonably supported.

Why?

Because it's just a ruse. If I disagree, I am automatically the most evil person on the planet (racist, sexist, homophobe, etc.). They don't want a debate, they want complete surrender. They are like radical Muslims - convert, or else.

The reason this is an issue for me is regardless if the rhetoric I sometimes employ here, I am pretty much a do whatever the Hell you want so long as it doesn't effect me or mine. I am a "small f" federalist that believes if California wants abortion until the kid is 2, Satanism as their official religion, and all sort of other things I personally find abhorrent, that's their choice. Those that disagree can vote with their feet. But, by the same token, Louisiana should be able to determine its laws and rules as to those (and similar) questions.

Therefore, I am to the point where I am "frick liberals" all the time.

If only 75% of conservatives showed up to vote the dems would lose every election/ vote. But conservatives are like fans in tiger stadium all talk and don’t show up to vote. This is why every tax passes In places like Jefferson parish. Conservatives don’t show up and the government employees show up and pass every tax. I would bet 80% of the OT don’t vote

No matter how much it was before, it’s opened my eyes even more about how sick and deranged liberals are.

It scares me that Trump is our only shot at this, and if somehow they win its all over. It’s unfathomable how many are corrupted. It’s like he’s the lone shepherd trying to protect 350 million sheep from a few thousand wolves

Sadly - this is how I feel also.

I really, fundamentally, dislike Trump's bluster and braggadocio = it repels every sense of decorum I have ever cultivated.

But dammit to hell, his actions are the best I have seen in my 60 years of adult life. His agenda has succeeded against a wider array of enemies than anyone in history - perhaps excluding Lincoln. He has dealt with the biggest and most well funded, and and virulent sedition ever waged against a POTUS.

What we are facing here is pure evil. There is not a shred of honor amongst any DEMOCRAT national leader.

And at them moment I see the wrong side winning - hell, I have become isolated from some of my grandchildren over this. I am despondent.

This has absolutely crystalized the reality for me that a failure to fight the democrats at every level using political means will simply mean that we or our children will have to fight them in the streets using extra political means. Use ballots while they still have meaning. Show up at the polls. Vote against dems, and when the GOP wins, keep the pressure up to support an America first, borders, language, culture agenda.

This circus is really making me jaded (and I was already cynical).

If someone wanted to start a Republican hit job machine where they drag hundos through trailer parks to find #metooers for Democratic candidates, I’d throw them some money on the Gofundme.

This all really crystallizes that they view this as war and we’re the enemy. And I’d be silly to pretend that’s not the case.

Good for the goose, good for the gander. Let’s drag this shitshow all the way into the gutter and see who emerges.

Find out who donates money to Palo Alto university. Send people to show up with signs at this Debbie Ramirez’s town. For every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction. I’m numb to the dirty tricks and I’m fully supportive of whatever it takes.

Because of our system of government, America typically has a political revolution every few decades or so. After the election of 2016, my faith in my country and its citizens has been renewed.
