Man, that lake looks wonderful, Rog...any fish in there?

Yep, Coho salmon are running right now. They don't bite in the lake though, gotta go upstream toward the sea when they're still eating

This week has been incredible. Clear skies and highs in the mid 50s. It's usually rainy all September but this weather is spoiling me.

So true. I pulled 60 okra plants today, many with stalks up to 3 inches wide out of my garden today. Then I tilled the whole garden and it looked like I went swimming in my clothes.

I'm so tired of the heat and ready for fall/winter weather.

It's coming, I love winter. If you know how to dress, you don't get uncomfortable

It's been awesome. Clouds are starting to move in but I'm ready for it. Not that into summertime.

6 months from now people will be jonesing for summer and I'll have to remind them how much it completely sucks

Hell nah. I can't wait for 50 degrees, sipping whiskey around the fire pit, cold weather football games. It's the best.
