What is often forgotten is how loaded OM was for Houston Nutt his first two seasons there. And then when the Orgeron recruits either left or finished their eligibility, the wheels totally came off for Nutt. I was in Oxford at the 2011 LSU game and it was pitiful. Those players gave zero fricks and the talent was horrendous.

Orgeron built them up talent wise. He just had no idea how to manage a program from the top at that point

This is where I think he's most improved. He learned from two of the best under Carroll and Miles on how to run a program since the OM debacle.
