Honestly the biggest thing Obama probably did was renominate Bernanke in 2010, and overall provided moral support to the Fed’s policies.
From a fiscal standpoint (reasonable people can disagree on the effectiveness of any fiscal policies) was the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in 2009.
