A forfeited any rights when he burdened B and yourself with handling his stuff - which you definitely should have sold and the used the money for a cleaning service. He can go and get the router back from B or he can pay but it's not your problem.

Under normal circumstances, I would’ve felt bad for A and probly split the $50. But the fact he left y’all to take an L on moving his furniture and losing money on deposits then I don’t think he’s owed anything.

Sounds like very poor people problems. The OT cannot even fathom your situation or even have the attention span to read all that shite about you being the perfect roommate and A & B roommates are horrible people.
