They time how long a car sits at the window so to counter this tool for management to measure productivity and competency the employees scam the system by asking you to pull up so they don't get in trouble.

Went there yesterday for the wife and kid. Was asked to pull forward. There were already three cars up there waiting. I pull forward and while I'm waiting the manager brings food to a car that was pulled into a parking spot. So there were FIVE cars pulled up waiting for food. Ridiculous. But just like a trained sheep I'm sure I'll be back.
