Like unc did with bh? I hope he does well, but accuracy is kinda important at the QB position at a p5 program.

Florida QB situation is not that bad. Franks (does suck but will be experienced by time Narcisse gets out of JUCO) and recruited a top dual threat this past class. So will be in a worse situation than he would have been at LSU. He wants to go somewhere he knows he will be the starter so it won't be Florida.
