I am open for suggestions. It looks good and different. Just wanting to try it. I have never done a belly

Go here. Search for "pork belly burnt ends" You'll find a ton of different techniques and ways to make them.
I made a batch a couple weeks ago. I know one poster mentioned getting the pre-sliced at Costco, but the ones I found were sliced like thick bacon. Which is too thin. You want the pork belly sliced in to approx. 1 inch square cubes.
ETA: As others said, Costco carries the whole bellies.
