I am open for suggestions. It looks good and different. Just wanting to try it. I have never done a belly
Go here. Search for "pork belly burnt ends" You'll find a ton of different techniques and ways to make them.
I made a batch a couple weeks ago. I know one poster mentioned getting the pre-sliced at Costco, but the ones I found were sliced like thick bacon. Which is too thin. You want the pork belly sliced in to approx. 1 inch square cubes.
ETA: As others said, Costco carries the whole bellies.

Pork belly is cheap cheap. I usually get mine from best stop. Rouses said they don’t carry it.

Costco
Yep, they always have them in the N.O. Costco. I buy them from time to time to make cracklin' when I know I'm going to have a few folks around. They are reasonably priced and have a good meat to fat ratio.

Try the Asian markets on Florida. Call first, so you don't waste a trip. They should also be cheaper than anywhere else.

Can also get pork belly at the Mexican meat markets. Although sometimes it's a challenge to get them to understand what you want. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
