i don't want to be a party-pooper (if you will...), but the omega 3s in chia (or any plant product) are barely useful for humans. Not saying don't eat chia or flax, but don't think you're getting much DHA/EPA.

Yep. Essentially, if it comes from plants, you can assume but a fraction of the claimed amount of micronutrient will be bio-available.
