just remember, for 90% of people that can fix cholesterol through diet(honestly overall cholesterol is not important, resting blood sugar, hdl and triglicerides are) its as simple as controlling blood sugar and balancing out omega 6 to 3.
total cholesterol in a lot of ways is meaningless. much much better test out there, besides the ones mentioned above, calcification of the arteries is the big thing to watch.
once you get your cholesterol in check and health markers are great add the carbs slowly. don't over do it on that. You don't have too even do it at all.
As far as a cheal day or meal, do one meal every 2 weeks if you have to have it.

Damn that fat % is high, I guess that’s the trend nowadays though. Is this how you eat and do crossfit?
