does not effect real ldl levels. Sometimes it will show raised ldl levels, but if you look at the nano particle size, the bad ldl is not raised.

also beef is much better for you than chicken due to omega 6 to 3 ratio.

cholesterol is a repsonse to inflamation in the body. Main reason our bodies become inflamed under normal circumstances is due to the omega 6 to 3 ratio. You should strive for balance there or as close as you can.

A skin-on chicken thigh is 7:2 SFA/MUFA : PUFA, so you aren't getting a ton of any sort of PUFA there. But yeah it's about 10:1 6:3 within that.

Have you looked into the O6:3 ratio in free range versus caged and shite-fed?
