Season 5 officially got renewed before this season started. And it wasn't noted as the final season. I have a sneaky feeling BCS may go longer than BB for the sole reason that the Gene story line will take up at least a half season of content if not entire season. It would be the creators/writers way of wrapping up the BB/BCS universe with a bow.
All of that being said, S5 could end up being the final season. S4 may nearly exhaust the Saul storyline and S5 may be dedicated to Gene. S6 is a wildcard depending upon how S5 proceeds. I'm just not sure whether S4 actually does exhaust Saul or not given how slow its been to get to this point. They could easily jam a lot of good story between the birth of Saul and BB still. We'll see.

Maybe Jesse is marijuana kingpin; Skylar is leading a secret life of prostitution, confirming what we knew all along - that she is a whore; Marie is doing petty time for shoplifting; Flynn works as a chef at IHOP; Badger and Skinny Pete are into multilevel marketing.

Really starting to get the feeling that Kim's days are numbered. I'm not sure if she dies, but I could see Jimmy selling her out in some sort of way.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say we don't.
I think the "ending" of the show will be contained in the "present" of Better Call Saul.
The Gene stuff won't have a resolution in the traditional sense. We will get an ending that is a tense and suggestive vision into the future for Gene that cuts off abruptly, leaving us in the dark forever. That's my 2 cents

Seems unlikely. We have way too much footage of Gene at this point for this life not to have a part of the story to tell.
