LSU has been a PR diasater since November 2015. Now one of their kids is getting screwed over and they’re nowhere to be found. Local radio guys are pleading for LSU to do something and they’re just sitting on their hands.

Remember when Bama blocked the kid from transferring to UGA? UGA ran a campaign essentially and put pressure on the NCAA to step in.

Does LSU even have a Public Relation department?

Not since Herb Vincent left. They never replaced his position. M Moscona has been ranting about it for years.

That is a joke of a department. From Alleva to Michael Bonnette and anyone in between, they have been a consistent disaster for almost 3 years now.

The next AD needs to clean house.

You’re assuming that they are different departments at #LSU.

I truly don’t understand exactly what they do. I know people like Michael Bonnette, but the guy is trash.

Lsu continually get its arse handed to them

The les miles debacle is one

Uga fired richt, a long tenured coach with the same record as mikes and did it with class and no word from anyone in the media

We made it a fricking circus

The worst though was not getting ahead of the hurricane narrative and letting Florida and their ad kick out arse in the media

That’s the perfect meme. There have been literally dozens of opportunity’s for them to step in and provide damage control or aid the situation and they don’t do a fuching thing.

Never forget. LSU operates as a microcosm of Louisiana. If you expect good leadership look elsewhere.

That’s actually incorrect sir. Richt was 10-3, Les was 9-3. They actually fired him with a better record.

That’s what happens when you have an AD that can control and narrative and not let a narrative control you.

That's because UGA knew that they had to hire a guy who would do better than the guy they were letting go.

There was some risk in the hire, but I think a lot of people felt Kirby Smart was ready to be a HC.

LSU let a coach go and shite the bed when it came to hiring a HC that would do better than the one that was being replaced. They had a big fish on the hook, but couldn't reel him in so what do they do? Hire our DL coach whose record as a HC sucks.. But is known to be a good recruiter.

But I guess all the people who wanted Miles gone got what they want and they are happy having a program that is a shell of itself.

Unreservedly!

INCOMPETENCE.

After the Wisconsin game I was done with Les.

I never thought in a million years that Ed Orgeron would be the next HC. When he was promoted to intern everyone and their mom said the same thing-‘to get the job he has to run the table or he can lose one and beat Bama.

He got shut out against Bama and cost us the sugar bowl against Florida. We fired Les because he could install an effective offense and beat the teams he should have and hired a guy that did the exact same thing.

Doesn’t matter our Board, Govener and dumbass AD are so goddamn shortsighted that they have no idea the long term financial impacts that this hire could have. Blind leading the blind.

Let's be honest, in 2015. After we beat Texas A&M and everyone was cheering because they thought it saved Les Miles job.. That's the only reason they didn't fire him then. There was a lot of pressure to get rid of him. He saw the writing on the wall. He was on a short leash.

O is named the interim HC.. During the A&M game that year, it's announced on live TV that LSU hired Tom Herman. It ended up being rumors, then they eventually hire O.. And he didn't really do anything that impressive. He lost to Bama.. The team did play lights out, but then Florida comes here and beats us down, after all that hurricane BS.

It started at the end of 2015.. There was a lot of pressure to fire Les Miles. Based on everything you heard, they were going to fire him after the season. That didn't happen. They waited until 4 games into the 2016 season.
