I have two: USC (Trojans) over 7.5 and Ole Miss under 6.5.

I know USC lost Darnold, but does anybody really see them falling to 7-5 or worse? They get UNLV, Washington State, Colorado, Arizona State, and California at home, plus at REALLY bad Oregon State--all of those should be wins. That means they just need to win any two of the following: at Stanford, at Texas, at Arizona, at Utah, at UCLA, and home vs Notre Dame. I have a pretty good feeling about them winning in both Tucson and Pasadena.

Ole Miss will be underdogs in 8 games (all but Southern Illinois, Kent State, ULM, and at Vanderbilt--which will probably be a pick'em). It would stun me if they got to 7 wins.

Do you also know a kid that should be a senior in high school wil be starting. No chance they win every game you think think they will with him playing.

No guarantee they beat ASU, Cal or zona.

Ole Miss is +1.5 opening week against Texas Tech at a neutral site so thats a very winnable game for them

It's the last part of fall camp, and nobody really knows anything.

Having said that, this kid, QB JT Daniels, is special. He'll screw some stuff up like all true FR will, but he'll get SC to at least 7 wins this season.

The Defense looks really good, too. The one "big question mark aka potential weak link" is the O-line. That's pretty important, to be sure, so SC will lose 2 or 3 games while the O-line tries to get it all in one sock. Well, that and the inevitable injuries that pile up over a season.

But SC to 7 or 8 wins sounds like a pretty safe bet to me.

Anybody been to a Biloxi sports book yet? I'm thinking about running over there and doing stuff.
