Nb4 wrong board and all that stuff.
To those who have watched this, is there anyone in your family, friends group, community, etc that has become ill because of any type of new medical prosthetic technology that hasnt been tested throughly enough?
For those who haven't seen the film, it explains the negligence of new prosthetic technology in the medical field that has shown to be harmful to people. The FDA doesnt regulate everything as well as you’d think. This documentary is basically a warning to everyone that you should have skepticism towards any new technology that doctors do to you that they say is “proven to be effective.”
Im not one to post threads like this, but after doing a lot of research, it’s a shame that there are people out there that would rather gain financial prosperity over making sure that you do everything in your power to make sure that your fellow humans are not being tortured because of your envy of money. Makes me sick.
Edit: look into “Essure” and Cobalt hip replacements.

Well you obciously have no idea what the frick is going on in the medical world.

quote:my apologies. I advise you to watch the film, but the permanent birth control operation of “Essure” messed up a lot of people. Bayer finally discontinued it as of this year because they were getting sued so bad. The FDA regulated it because of a serious legal flaw in the system. You’d have to watch the film. And the film has quotes to all of its sources in the film. Which I have researched myself. It’s just one of the many “lets make money of idiots without caring about their health routines.”
Calm down. I'm simply asking what the show talked about.
I say all this as a conservative, but I believe in right and wrong.

It's worth the watch, IMO. Relative to the ortho implants, I sincerely believe there is something to be said of cobalt properties and eventual autoimmune and cognitive deterioration.

A relative had a psychotic reaction to Tamiflu and wound up in the ER in restraints. I found out later it has been banned in Japan because of this.

So you knew you were posting on the wrong board but did it anyway?
You'll get much better discussion if you posted it on the correct board.

Whats tough about the medical field is that 99% of people trust a doctor no matter what he tells you. It’s a big part of why you should seek different opinions on important matters.

But isn’t the FDA the ultimate safeguard for the public? I mean, they just protect us so much. It must be evil companies only after profits...this can’t be on the FDA.

I have someone close to me who is struggling with health because a doctor (not his fault) gave her something that the FDA approved. Later to find out that the FDA fricked up etcetc.
This film is a big wakeup call to everyone.

Unless you're going to go into better detail on the film so that watching it is not a prereq to posting in this thread...
Then it's not OT material, it's M&T material.
Don't argue with me, I know my TD.
