That's what hearsay is. it is 3rd parties discussing what someone else said. That's inadmissible evidence in court. It is admissible for the media to go crazy about though.

If they have urban's phone and texts discussing it, that's direct evidence

I'm no lawyer but years and years of watching law and order tell me that is the definition of hearsay.
