If he didn't have O and Pete Jenkins guiding him, he wouldn't be near what he has been, but that being said, I agree he is doing a lot with the situation. He's another one that is a full blood Tiger through and through.

Big thing is he's also young. Can relate to kids A LOT better than someone else.

As an outsider, I'm still wondering what they're doing on the DL right now. 
They obviously wanted guys like Pickering/Moore/Handy, but the recruitments of Byron Young and Sorrells have been puzzling.
