i feel for them.
we should definitely get moving on a multilateral deal where they lower their taxes on their people/businesses and we do the same.
third-party adjudication/enforcement mechanism to minimize likelihood of defection, please.

It also sucks for our producers because they won’t sell those goods that foreign citizens would have otherwise bought but opted to buy from their local producers because of their taxes.
