To be fair, USCe had had UGA's number for a while, when Richt was still there.
Can Muschamp keep that trend going? I don't know. He certainly didn't have much success at a better school with access to better recruits, but anything can happen.
I don't think Spears is actually off base here. Both of those teams are in the east, so neither can really afford a loss.
We are sort of an unknown. Lots of talent, new OC, Aranda of course..... but is the coaching, head coaching leadership, there?
Spears isn't too far off. Again, it's preseason talk so no need to really get all worked up.
