Mine is a little more than 20' x 20'. We have relatively smallish vehicles, and I still feel like beating the living shite out of our contractor who built our house and putting in such a small garage.
I'd add a minimum of 5 feet on length and width.

we have a 20x30 "3 car" but it's really a good size for 2 and normal garage junk. we can put three cars in a jam if a storm is coming or something but i wish it were at least 25' deep
